Qualifications / Skills Required
1) Undergraduate degree with strong record of academic achievement (graduate degree preferred)
2) 10+ years of commercial sales and marketing experience and 3 years in sales management
3) Management experience in consumer products (consumable consumer product experience preferred)
4) Trade marketing experience through two-step distribution and understanding of brand marketing concept
5) Experienced in understanding and leveraging extensive database information
6) Experience in conducting business activities internally and externally with the highest degree of maturity, integrity and professionalism
7) Optimistic, creative and committed when meeting challenges and providing solutions
8) Ability to articulate leadership style and experiences to back it up
9) Advocate for some genre of training and development as well as trained in classical and extensive sales and marketing
10) Proven leadership with ability to handle primary responsibility of national chain accounts
11) Adept and experienced in strategic thinking
12) Team player with proven leadership and track record in all aspects of sales and marketing
13) Exposure to market research management a plus
14) Ability to work with other senior management personnel through mutual respect and hard work to achieve companys internal and external goals
15) Dynamic and personable individual with ability to influence and persuade
16) Ability to analyze and evaluate effectiveness of Sales and Marketing Teams efforts
17) Innovative in identifying ways to access the market and customers
18) Aggressive in uncovering and pursuing new business opportunities
19) Ability to enhance and grow relationships with current business partners
20) Ability to work independently and focus on details
21) Ability to identify, recruit, develop and retain highly functioning employees
22) Skilled in clear, concise, direct verbal and written communications
