Job Requirements
Qualifications / Skills Required
1) MS or an equivalent degree
2) 10+ years of relevant experience including 3+ years of operating experience at an executive level
3) Prior meat industry/perishable industry experience
4) Excellent communication, critical analysis and research skills
5) Ability to interact with tact and diplomacy in dealings with the public and governmental agencies
6) Ability to organize large volumes of work in an efficient and detailed manner
7) Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and delegate
