Significant experience creating & drafting program documentation
Able to provides a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies and requirements of hardware and software components for a project
Knowledgeable in computer systems and gathering/identifying requirements
Significant experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
Experience with Microsoft Project
Microsoft Certified Solution Developer
Experience in Data Modeling and Data Architecture
Able to produce design documents
Must have the following technical skills: SharePoint Server 2007 and Sharepoint Technologies, Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, Project Server, NET, Visual Basic, SQL Server 2008, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF), Crystal Reports or the like type of reporting
