Job Requirements
Qualifications / Skills Required
1) Degree (4 year) in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science or related scientific field. A Business degree with sufficient technical experience will also be considered
2) Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Flavorist or similar
3) 3 - 5 years of experience in food or beverage related roles such as Flavorist, Product Development, Applications, Production, Sales or Marketing
4) Experience in the Citrus, Spice, Flavor or food ingredients industry
5) Experience with international trade
6) Detail oriented
7) Proven time management skills
8) Excellent interpersonal skills
9) Self-starter with desire to learn
10) Excellent communication skills and fluency in Spanish
11) Technical understanding of the industry
12) Good computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Databases and Internet usage
13) Valid Passport required
14) Willingness and ability to travel (up to 25 - 40% of workload)
