Job Requirements
Requirements:
* 3-5 years experience with retail parts, branch or warehouse operations management a must
* Prior responsibility for staffing levels, delegating duties and scheduling work hours
* Possess quantitative skills to understand store financial performance and operating statistics
* Ability to forecast appropriately including P&L accountability
* Possess good interpersonal skills with an outgoing friendly positive attitude
* Able to work retail hours including overtime, weekends and holidays
* Demonstrated math, reading, and writing skills to reconcile sales, prepare reports and read technical manuals
* Prior salvage yard environment experience a plus
* High school degree or GED
* Must have valid state issued driver's license
* Use proper safety equipment and safety procedures
* Must be able to pass pre-employment testing, including drug, physical aptitude, hearing, vision and a complete background test (criminal, prior employment)
