Job Requirements
-Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
-Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), including FAS 109.
-Knowledge of federal and state tax laws, regulations and other relevant authority sufficient to interpret and apply to transactions.
-Experience demonstrating skill reviewing and/or preparing federal and state income tax returns using tax software.
-Experience demonstrating skill in calculating corporation estimated income tax and extension payments.
-Experience demonstrating skill conducting and documenting tax research.
-Experience demonstrating skill using PC-based word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail software.
-Ability and willingness to work non-standard and extended hours as required and to work under tight deadlines.
-Must successfully pass a Criminal History Records Check.
