 Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
 Ability to perform quick decisions, have a decision making process in place.
 Minimum High School graduate or equivalent.
 Minimum five years experience in service operations or related field.
 Capable of performing the role of a fully qualified Service Advisor.
 Experience in a leadership role with demonstrated ability to motivate and manage people.
