Qualifications/Skills Required

1) BS (or equivalent degree) in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or General Engineering
2) 10 years of related experience as well as expertise in product development, food processing and packaging systems
4) Working knowledge of USDA, FDA and OSHA regulations
5) Strong technical problem-solving skills and proven project management experience
6) Proficient in computers (MS Office and AutoCAD)
7) Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
8) Ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional business unit relationships
