Job Requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
ABSOLUTE REQUIREMENTS:
-- A minimum of 3-7 years experience in medium-to-large multi-national organizations recognized for developing high-quality Finance/Accounting professionals.
-- In-depth knowledge of financial/operational controls and financial statement analysis and preparation.
-- Experience working with IFRS accounting standards and U.S.-based accounting standards.
-- A BS/BA in Accounting.
-- A high level of proficiency with MS Excel with intermediate proficiency with MS Access.
PREFERRED BACKGROUND:
-- Ability to speak Spanish, Italian or French a plus.
-- Experience with SAP.
-- CPA (or CMA) and/or MBA/MS are strongly preferred.
The successful candidate will be well-versed in the Accounting function and will possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
