Job Requirements
Requirements, Skills and Experience:
- 5 or more years of successful proven sales experience in the OEM equipment and automated machinery systems industry.
- Strong negotiator.
- College degree required, technical major preferred.
- Experience in selling equipment solutions with typical deal sizes ranging from $500,000 to $3MM in revenue.
- Must possess analytical / problem solving skills, general knowledge of industrial equipment, and familiarity with design, manufacturability and assembly of OEM equipment.
- Proficiency with blueprints and CAD drawings.
- Interface with Engineering, Purchasing, Vendors and Customers.
- High integrity and a solid work ethic.
- Excellent PC skills, must be proficient in MS Office, Outlook.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Travel required.
- Must be a Team Player, always willing to help out and take the initiative to get things done.
- Ability to work independently and successfully represent the Company.
