Job Requirements
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:
* Must have 3-5 years of emergency clinical experience plus 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience in ED.
* BSN required, MSN preferred. Must have Colorado license or be eligible.
* Demonstrated leadership and team building ability
* Ability to build trust between staff, physicians and departments.
* Trauma knowledge
* Emergency preparedness knowledge and experience
* Clinically competent
