Qualifications / Skills Required
1) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, equivalent degree or related experience. Master's degree in Human Resources preferred
2) 7 - 10 years of generalist Human Resources multi-unit experience required in food production/manufacturing or retail restaurant business
3) Demonstrated knowledge of HR disciplines (staffing, performance management, compensation/benefits/rewards, EEO and employee relations) including legal implications, compliance and requirements
4) Proven ability to handle confidential information
5) Ability to work in fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities
6) Independent professional capable of forming relationships with diverse groups of people
7) Outstanding interpersonal skills
8) Outstanding oral and written communication skills
9) Bilingual in Spanish is a significant plus and greatly preferred
10) Willingness to live in Franklin, MA, Fairfield, NJ, Beltsville or MD preferred
11) Willingness and ability to travel up to 50 - 75% of the time in the markets
