Qualifications / Skills Required
1) Bachelors degree from a 4-year college or university in Food, Dairy or Natural Sciences
2) Prior work experience in the dairy (cheese) and whey industry
3) Strong knowledge of regulatory agencies like USDA, FDA, etc.
4) Strong knowledge of ISO quality management systems, HACCP and statistical process
