Job Requirements
Qualifications / Skills Required
1) Degree (4 year)
2) Minimum 5 years of experience, including recent experience in a meat processing plant
3) Knowledge of HACCP, GMP and USDA
4) Large volume experience
5) Ability to speak Spanish a plus
