Job Requirements
1) Bachelors degree in Food Science or a related field
2) Minimum 5 years of quality assurance/sanitation and food processing experience in the food industry
3) Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible managerial or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
4) Strong background with FDA, State Regulations, OSHA, USDA, AIB and company SOP standards
5) Knowledge of principles of HACCP (HACCP certificate a plus)
6) Knowledge of sanitation programs
7) Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and statistical software
8) Willingness to oversee various shifts/days as needed
