Qualifications / Skills Required
1) BS degree in a Science related field
2) 5+ years of direct experience in managing QA Department in food manufacturing
3) Strong preference for SQF/BRC/ISO development and implementation experience
4) Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management and production
5) Ability to mentor and develop subordinates
6) Strong computer skills a must
