Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Demonstrated analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel as much as 80% of the time, principally in North America; some international travel may be required.
Technical training and knowledge of radio frequency test equipment used in planning and installing radio network equipment and multiple wired/wireless wide area networks.
Experience and knowledge of gas, water and electric utility meter reading and related distribution automation technologies is desirable.
Experience in personal computer operations and use of word processing, project management, spreadsheet programs plus experience with off-the-shelf and special-purpose test programs. Experience with GIS, CIS and other utility systems are highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to manage the selection, hiring and training of field service contractors.
Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks using Microsoft Project and Project Insight, the two principal management tools used by SSN for internal and customer projects.
Must possess above average written and verbal communication skills.
Possess a valid drivers license and a US passport.
