Skills/Qualifications
Degree preferred.
3+ years of similar or related experience.
Prefer knowledge of Microsoft technologies and Agile development methods.
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to think outside the box.
4+ years of hands-on development experience in a full life-cycle software development organization.
3+ years of broad financial and/or banking industry experience preferred.
Ability to work in both legacy (Access, VB, VAX, ect.) and new technologies (.Net, Web, SQL).
Knowledge of .Net 3.5, ReSharper, and SQL 2005.
Experience in test driven development, continuous integration, and lean and agile project management.
