Qualifications / Skills Required
1) Community college/university education or an equivalent combination of related experience and education
2) Experience within the meat-processing industry, including performance and product standards
3) Trained in WHMIS, HACCP and safety
4) Human rights regulations knowledge
5) Good understanding of all MS Office suite applications
6) Excellent supervisory/management skills
7) Superb time-management skills
8) Effective communication skills
9) Ability to properly lead, engage and motivate individuals and teams
