1) Degree (4 year)
2) 2 5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity with line ownership
3) Understanding of processes and mechanics of line equipment
4) Familiarity with quality and hygiene regulation
5) Cost awareness of operations
6) Knowledge of modern maintenance techniques (MP2)
7) Ability to multi-task and delegate
8) Ability to manage and develop employees
9) Effective communication skills
10) Highly energetic individual with excellent problem-solving skills
11) Computer knowledge including MS Excel and Word
12) Willingness and ability to work night shift
