Qualifications / Skills Required
1) Oversee the whole production of the business
2) Manage production to achieve maximum efficiency
3) Utilize staff and equipment in a manner which will not jeopardize safety or quality
4) Manage day-to-day operations of the Production Department
5) Monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize product loss
6) Ensure all product orders are produced on time
7) Liaise with external customers and interact with the Quality Assurance Department, Maintenance Department, etc.
8) Lead operational excellence within a plant environment
