1) Degree (4 year) (Continuing education preferred)
2) At least 10 years of experience in plant operations and personnel management
3) Skilled at managing department staff
4) Comprehension of the Spanish language is a plus
5) A hands-on person with effective oral and written skills
6) Computer literate
