Job Requirements
1) Bachelors Degree in Engineering
2) 7 10 years in plant operations in packaging or related operations along with 5 years of management experience
3) Management experience in operations (less than a 2 TRR and higher than a 3 sigma)
4) Consumer packaging experience
5) Production planning, logistics and procurement experience an asset
6) Expertise in food ingredient manufacturing and maintenance a plus
7) Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, 5S, ISO 9000/14000, OHSAS 18000 and SQF (HACCP experience a plus)
8) Knowledge of FDA, AIB, OSHA, EEOC and EPA regulations
9) Understanding of process optimization, mechanical and electrical equipment/instrumentation tuning and potential problem analysis
10) Knowledge of engineering designs, project management and large capital project implementations.
11) Proficiency in Spanish a plus
12) Willingness to travel (20%)
