Job Requirements
Requirements:
BS Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Industrial) MS Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Materials, Industrial) preferred.
Six Sigma Black Belt.
Seven to ten years manufacturing experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of composite prepreg materials or related coatings, adhesives, web handling or resin areas a MUST.
Strong sense of accomplishment, pride and employee satisfaction.
