Qualifications / Skills Required
1) 7 - 10 years of product/process design experience in a consumer products company with a proven track record in product development
2) Proven track record in maintaining good working relationship with business partners (Marketing, Operations, etc.)
3) Skilled in project planning and management
4) In-depth knowledge of beverage ingredient, formulation, process and sensory
5) Strong interest in hands-on bench work and novelty ingredient application to develop product with superior quality and taste
6) Ability to create and commercialize products
7) Accomplished in full cycle product development from concept to commercialization
8) Demonstrated skills in commercializing products/processes in the manufacturing environment
9) Ability to understand consumer research and ability to translate it into products
10) Ability to analyze emerging consumer trends and develop insights on product solutions or opportunities
11) Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and the desire to continue to strengthen technical skills and insights
12) Ability to work with ambiguity and seek creative solutions
13) Outstanding communication and leadership skills
