Job Requirements
Qualifications / Skills Required
1) University degree and/or college diploma in Business Studies
2) Human Resources Management Certificate and/or CHRP designation
3) Minimum 5 years of experience in a unionized setting
4) Specialized education and/or experience in HR functions such as industrial relations, recruitment, employment law, facilitation/trainer knowledge
5) Superior planning and organizational skills
6) Excellent communication skills
7) Solid analytical/problem-solving skills
8) Strong conflict resolution/alternative dispute-resolution skills
9) Solid presentation/facilitation/negotiation skills
10) Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
