1) Degree (4 year)
2) Minimum 10 years of experience along with expertise in repair, maintenance, food safety and staffing
4) Experience in beef as well as HACCP, OSHA and GMP
5) Strong analytical and business skills
6) Ability to analyze P&L (daily/weekly), educate/train management and engage in staff development
