Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering with an MBA as a plus.
Must have at least 10 years of engineering leadership/management experience within a high volume metal forming Tier 1 automotive manufacturer.
Experience in engineering leadership in an international manufacturing organization with expertise in metal stamping, metal forming, machining applications, tooling, and/or metal component design.
Experience in capital equipment utilization and process engineering.
Strong managerial skills and ability to communicate effectively is a must.
