Job Requirements
Education:
Prefer BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics or related field and/or extensive relevant experience specific to all other requirements.
Experience:
Prefer 5+ years of applicable experience in management of Warehouse/Supply Chain operation. Must have proven management supervisory experience and have participated in multiple warehouse and/or logistics process improvement projects with field level implementations. Experience in a pet food distribution/supply chain a plus.
Physical Demands:
The ability to perform light to medium physical work; such as performing occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs, data entry, reaching, bending, etc.
Work Environment:
A normal warehouse environment with moderate equipment noise and traffic in condense areas. Dust levels and frequent temperature changes typically found in a warehouse/distribution environment.
