1) Degree (4 year)
2) Minimum 12 years of experience
3) Experience in meat processing along with expertise in USDA and FDA (retail foodservice experience is an asset)
4) Experience in overseeing all aspects of business along with sales forecasting and procurement/raw packaging
5) Critical thinker with experience in developing people and saving money
