Job Requirements
10 to 15 years of TV advertising sales experience, in a leadership role
Exceptional presentations skills and the capacity to convey ideas and direct modality in a concise and articulate manner
Experience interfacing with senior most staff internal and external to an organization
Broad acumen with regard to key advertising agency and client relationships across all verticals: Beverage, Automotive, Electronic, Gaming, CPG, Pharmaceutical, Apparel, Music, Travel... etc.
Strong management and mentoring skills
Experience managing large staffs and also functioning independently
A record of meeting and exceeding budgets
National Broadcast or Cable TV Network experience with an in depth understanding of monetizing content through digital platforms.
Ability to work in a large sophisticated media company effectively as an executive and broadcast media professional.
An understanding of financial, business, human resource, technical and creative components required to bring initiatives to fruition.
A person capable of earning the respect of a highly skilled and talented staff of VPs; Directors and Managers dedicated to generating income
