Job Requirements
Qualifications / Skills Required
1) Minimum 4 years of college with technical background in Mechanical/Chemical/Food Engineering/Food Technology or closely related fields
2) Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles and engineering design
3) Minimum 5 years of experience in project engineering
4) Working experience and knowledge of GOPs, GMPs, USDA, FDA, OSHA and all other applicable safety codes
5) Experience in process control and automation with the food or consumer products manufacturing industry
6) Skilled at AutoCAD, computer integration and networking as well as PLC
7) Adept at project management and problem solving
8) Ability to speak conversational English and Chinese is a must
