Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Masters Degree preferred.
Experience in the automotive component manufacturing industry in an engineering capacity.
Experience in metal forming industries such as stamping, tooling design, cold forming, cold heading, precision machining, etc.
Experience in capital equipment budgeting/installation/project management.
Experience in process and manufacturing engineering preferred over research and development engineering experience.
Ability to manage effectively and manage for growth.
Excellent communication skills and ability to drive technical expertise with customers.
