Job Requirements
Qualifications / Skills Required
1) Bachelors degree preferred
2) Minimum 7 years relevant procurement experience (food/beverage preferred) along with 3+ years of management experience
3) Contract negotiation experience
4) Experience in supply management, tracking budget expenses and vendor relationships
5) Experience in manufacturing methods and procedures along with quality management
6) Knowledge of warehouse management software, MAS500, MRP/ERP or purchasing systems and MS Office
7) Ability to deal with all levels of management
8) High energy self starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
