Job Requirements
Requirements Education: Advanced technical degree or equivalent in a science related field
Experience: 10 to 15 years broad clinical product development experience in a PHARMACEUTICAL or biotech organization
Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to lead people. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and diverse projects concurrently. Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and generate collaborations. Strong analytical skills; a strategic thinker, planner and implementer; proven negotiating track record.
Skills/Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Team player with high integrity and an open, interactive style with strong interpersonal skills. Assertive, decisive and results-oriented.
