Bachelors degree; 7+ years experience with individual and small group insurance sales. Must have excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and deal with a wide variety of personalities. Must have professional, service-oriented demeanor. Decorum is prized; ego is not. The ideal candidate will know the broker community and bring ideas for product development and sales strategy.
