3. Ability to assess clients condition and communicate to the registered NURSE or physician,

5. Ability to maintain a valid operating states Nursing license and C.P.R. certification.
6. Ability to learn Coordinated Home Healths quality care objectives, and the ability to follow those objectives
7. when providing care for clients.
8. Ability to effectively listen and communicate with clients and staff.
9. Ability to maintain and manage confidential information.
10. Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
11. Ability to work with a variety of clients with special needs.
12. Ability to provide punctual and dependable service to clients.
13. Ability to obtain a valid drivers license, maintain proper auto insurance, and travel on Auxi Health business in inclement conditions.
14. Ability to maintain all necessary certifications.
15. Ability to manage and maintain confidential information.
16. Knowledge of organizational methods and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
17. Ability to work daily and overtime as required.
18. Ability to assist in other work related areas.
19. Participates and supports organizations Quality Improvement program.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: A graduate of a Physical Therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association, or the Committee on Allied Health Education, and Accreditation of the A.M.A., or the Council on Medical Education of the A.M.A. and the A.P.T.A. and a current operating states License.
Experience: Two (2) year rehabilitation/hospital experience preferred.
