Job Requirements
* MUST HAVE BS/BA degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, along with CPA. MBA is a plus.
* Minimum of 10 years of accounting experience including senior financial management and international consolidation experience.
* In-depth knowledge of successful finance and operations systems and strategies to assure tight controls and sound financial reporting.
* Must be strong in cost accounting, expense management and financial analysis with a good understanding of cost accounting in a food or manufacturing environment.
* Knowledge of SOX/SEC
* Deal effectively with the details involved with a middle market company yet still have the big picture focus associated with the companys growth.
* Strong and supportive team player who can serve as a strong business partner to the CFO and also able to partner across functional boundaries.
* Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment that has a high intensity, fast-paced level that's always evolving with demonstrated leadership.
