Job Requirements
The succcessful candidate for this position will come in with a strong background in Voice XML development and scripting. Ideallly your experience will come in a Cisco environment (Cisco VXML), but strong VXML development in other vendor environments may be considered.
You should also have:
Extensive experience in large call center environments
Extensive experience with voice network carriers
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Proven ability to work on projects as both an individual contributor and team leader
Excellent communications skills
Bachelor degree in the technology related field desired, or equivalent working experience
