Job Requirements
Qualifications / Skills Required
1) College degree (MBA a plus)
2) Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the Canadian food industry (national level)
3) Minimum 7 years of experience in managing Canadian brokers and distributors
4) Minimum 7 years of internal/external Canadian food industry knowledge
5) Ability to juggle several projects, bringing each from idea generation to completion
6) Good understanding of marketing, supply chain and financial objectives
7) Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and leadership skills
8) Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving capabilities
9) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
10) Fluency in French and Italian a plus
11) Proficiency in MS Office suite
