Qualifications / Skills Required
1) Supervisory experience in any canned food production environment
2) Knowledge of ice machines and ice delivery systems
3) Superb knowledge of ammonia/freon refrigeration systems (including safety), electrical circuits, purgers, plate and frame heat exchangers as well as blaze cell freezers
4) Excellent leadership skills
