Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, MBA strongly preferred
5-7 years of P&L MANAGEMENT experience in Latin America, managing multiple countries and with exposure to distibutors, agents and direct commercial organizations
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
7-10 years of experience managing sales talent in Latin America
Strong Pharmaceutical experience required
Must have experience with Bids and Tenders process and dealing with Government Affairs and Mult-Stake Holders
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
Coaching Skills
Prefer candidates from Fortune 500 companies
