Job Requirements
At least three years current experience in the sales and marketing of agricultural equipment or related agricultural products.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Farm background preferred.
Demonstrated skills in motivating and directing field sales activities.
Above average verbal and written communication skills.
Above average interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Frequent and extensive overnight travel required.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
