Job Requirements
Qualifications:1. Bachelor of Science in engineering (electrical or computer science preferred) or Bachelor of Business Administration. MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
2.15+ years direct large-scale, multi-phase projects and customer accounts, preferably in the services business (outsourcing, telco, or consulting), where total project revenue exceeded $100 millon. Utility industry experience a plus.
3.Demonstrated leadership, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be able to describe multiple business situations where these skills have been leveraged.
4.Demonstrated supervisory experience with small entrepreneurial teams as well as larger, more skill-focused work groups. Experience in a matrix-management organization is highly desired.
5.Must possess above average written and verbal communication skills.
6.Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and concurrent projects. SSNs networks are in great demand and the Account Manager must be able to coordinate multiple projects in varying degrees of deployment.
7.Experience in personal computer operations and use of word processing, project management, spreadsheet programs plus experience with off-the-shelf and special-purpose test programs. Microsoft Project is SSNs standard project management application.
8.Ability to travel domestically as much as 60% of the time; some international travel may be required.
9.Experience and knowledge of gas, water and electric utility meter reading and related distribution automation technologies is a plus.
10.Technical training and knowledge of radio frequency equipment used in planning and installing radio network equipment and multiple wired/wireless wide area networks is a plus.
11.International work experience highly desired.
12.Possess a valid drivers license and a valid passport.
