<p>The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience along with a background in high production output copier and document management systems and sales. Upon completion of their sales training program, you will be required to effectively manage your territory by prospecting for appointments, demonstrating the extensive range of equipment and following through to create a successful sales opportunities. Some overnight travel maybe required to fully manage your territory.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>* New business prospecting and development, including cold calling; scheduling client introductions and meetings; and preparing presentations, proposals, and bid specifications to strategically win new business.<br />
* Attending training and associated workshops to increase product knowledge and to stay abreast of company products and pricing as well as familiarity with competitor products and pricing.<br />
* Participating in trade shows, exhibits, open houses, and product demonstrations, promoting company image and products.<br />
* Understanding of basic selling skills, with exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication abilities to work within a professional, team-oriented environment.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p>* Bachelor&#8217;s degree, or related work experience.<br />

Requirements:<br />

Experience that includes clinical healthcare IT deals that exceeds 5 million dollars in booking revenue.<br />

<strong><br />
Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>* Sell and service tradeshow services into the target industries<br />
* Prospect, qualify, develop and close new accounts<br />
* Leverage existing industry contacts and supplier references<br />
* Convert qualified sales leads into highly valued long-term repeat customers<br />
* Work independently with a minimum amount of supervision<br />
* Achieve sales targets and maximize account growth<br />
* Provide creative selling solutions to customer needs<br />
* Work with C- level clientele<br />
* Demonstrate effective sales planning &amp; documentation practices</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>* At least 5 years of tradeshow booth experience w/annual design sales in the $800k range<br />
* MUST have a four year degree<br />
* Strong &ldquo;HUNTER&rdquo; profile, with a passion for prospecting and closing new business<br />
* Solid major account experience requiring long-term relationship building at the C-level<br />
* A working knowledge of the event marketing, tradeshow exhibit design or production industry is a MUST<br />
* Computer literacy including, MS Office<br />
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p>
<p>Our client offers a 60K base salary plus commissions, (On Target Earnings (OTE) should equal over 200K), company health, dental, &amp; vision insurance, 401(k). Twenty-five percent (25%) of the AE&rsquo;s for this company earn in excess of $250k annually</p>

They are seeking a highly creative, strategic Director of Sales to head-up the North American sales operations. Their sales vehicles include, direct, dealer/channel and web based selling models. </p>
<p>This is a take-charge position working directly with the President and Controller of the US operations who are looking for someone that will bring in new programs, light fires under their existing dealers and drive revenue. There is also new product launch planning and execution that has to get done immediately.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>&bull; Review and assess the effectiveness of Dealer programs, channel marketing programs, websites, sales tools, and provide gap analysis and recommendations<br />
&bull; Develop new Dealer marketing programs, promotions, campaigns and collateral<br />
&bull; Supervise and manage the execution of marketing deliverables<br />
&bull; Act as an effective influencer, collaborate with internal resource for all sales personnel and Dealers<br />
&bull; Support new business development, including the preparation of presentations, proposals, budget estimates and Dealer requests.</p>
<p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>&bull; Must have a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree and at least 10 years of experience in Dealer/channel sales program management and development, and preferably 5-7 years experience working in a hardware/technology environment, with a history of superior client service.<br />
&bull; Excellent understanding of channel sales<br />
&bull; Experience and knowledge in high tech industry is VERY important<br />
&bull; Must be strategically focused<br />
&bull; Must have excellent presentation skills<br />
&bull; Must be a motivated self-starter with integrity and a strong work ethic<br />
&bull; Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills<br />
&bull; Extremely detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects for multiple clients at any given time<br />
&bull; Able to act independently</p>

Our client a major energy company has an opportunity available for an experienced Oil Refinery/Pipeline Construction Project Manager.&nbsp;This position will have complete accountability for specific construction projects in the Appalachian Region from pre-construction through actual construction, and finally through the project close-out phase.&nbsp;The majority of construction projects will be associated with the movement and processing of natural gas and natural gas liquids (e.g. pipelines, compression equipment, dehydration units, etc.).&nbsp;Other project work may relate to land excavation, road construction, and related work typically associated with natural gas operations.&nbsp;The position is based in State College, PA, but with the expectation of frequent time (up to 50%) spent at the project site in any of the operational areas across the state.&nbsp;Additional travel may also be required from time to time to contractor work sites located elsewhere in the US.&nbsp;This position reports to the Sr. Vice President, Appalachian Region Manager.<br />

3) Review and analyze the global commercial credit portfolio to ensure portfolio quality is strong while considering organizational risk/reward tolerance<br />
4) Understand and apply the credit risk rating system (CARRS) as well as the process of completing risk rating to ensure risk rating assignments are completed as required<br />
5) Ensure that model overrides are appropriate and supported by well reasoned and documented factors<br />
6) Perform loan reviews on selected accounts to determine the management&rsquo;s evaluation of the creditworthiness of the account<br />
7) Review the balance sheet/income statement strengths and weaknesses, debt service capacity and strength of guarantors for loans<br />

10) Assess whether workout strategies are appropriate<br />
11) Review Specific and General Loan Loss Allowances, based on the facts and circumstances of accounts evaluated individually and collectively for impairment to ensure that reserves are well documented, adhere to corporate standards and are updated as needed<br />
12) Evaluate and determine whether existing procedures for extending credit and monitoring accounts are in compliance with policy as documented in the Commercial Loan Policy and Procedures manual<br />
13) Prepare formal reports that summarize key observations and findings leading to recommendations to improve operational efficiencies and strengthen portfolio management.<br />
14) Forge cohesive working relationships with US and International Commercial credit teams as well as other functional departments (i.e. Internal Audit)<br />
15) Participate in any special reviews or projects as requested by the Commercial Credit Risk Officer</p>
<p><strong>Job Requirements:<br />
</strong>1) Degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred)<br />
2) Minimum 5 years of commercial credit and/or loan experience with a banking or financial institution<br />
3) Demonstrated knowledge of commercial credit underwriting, monitoring, loan documentation, loan collateral, workouts and policies and procedures<br />
4) Advanced knowledge of PC applications, including extensive knowledge of Excel and MS Office suite<br />
5) Strong analytical skills and reasoning ability<br />
6) Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with others<br />
7) Strong project management and communication (oral and written) skills<br />

	 	Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excell, Powerpoint)<br />
	 	Outlook express (mainly for email communication)<br />
	 	Customer service &#8211; answering calls, taking orders, answering customer<br />
inquires<br />
	 	Occasional trips to Postal Service (mailing Hawaii orders by US Flat Rate Service)<br />
                 Data entry for mailing to marketing database<br />
                 Current position is part time permanent for approximately 35 hours per week, with possbility for growth and benefits in future.<br />
