Our client has been servicing the United States of America for over 100 years!!! This dynamic client of ours is looking an International Tax Manager for their Roseland, New Jersey office.
Job Responsibilities:
The position will be split between compliance and consulting.
Job Requirements:
The individual must have current public accounting experience, with a minimum of 8 years tax experience and proficient in the following areas:
1) PFIC (Passive Foreign Investment Corp)
2) Sub Part F
3) Transfer Pricing
4) International Treaties
5) Withholding Issues
6) Earning Striping Provisions
7) Branch Profit Tax
