Job Responsibilities:
As a Manager, you will work with a group of top-notch practitioners in servicing and expanding the strong data base of clients while driving the growth of the practice through repeat business.
1) Manage overall client expectations and facilitation of client decision making by establishing clear lines of communication throughout the engagement and definition of requirements
2) Assist with overall management of engagement pricing and budgeting
3) Plan and lead teams ensuring clear communication of client expectations and project scope, defining broad work plan and delegating decision making authority
4) Provide value added consultative services to all clients as opportunities arise
5) Assist in the recruitment, training and development of junior practitioners to augment existing staff when needed
6) As a mentor and coach, provide constructive feedback to junior practitioners and be accessible
Job Requirements:
1) CA designation
2) Minimum of 5-8 years accounting/audit background
3) Strong commitment to client service
4) Excellent team management skills
5) Ability to participate in the development of new products
6) Comprehensive understanding of the consulting process (problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making and managing client expectations)
7) Preference will be given to candidates who have recent audit experience with Financial Institutions
