Job Responsibilities:
1) Direct tax planning
2) Review financial statements and tax disclosure for publicly-held companies
3) Oversee tax filings and compliance with federal and state regulations
4) Review and plan property tax returns in 23 states
Job Requirements:
1) Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance
2) CPA preferred (or Masters in Taxation)
3) 7-10 years of job related experience
4) 5 years of supervisory experience
5) Experience of working with a telco/cable company a plus
