Key Result Areas:

Selection Criteria
1. Extensive engineering experience, 7 or more years preferred.
2. Knowledge of the Wet Milling industry or relevant experience in other industries (food, chemical, bio-chemical or PHARMACEUTICAL) with substantial experience in research, engineering, or manufacturing. Experience in the Process Safety Management program is a plus.
3. Knowledge of engineering and unit operations relevant to the Wet Milling industry, such as basic chemistry, heat and material balances, P&ID development, mechanical and physical/chemical separations, evaporation, crystallization, drying, material handling, CGMP, and energy management.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present tests and results, and to prepare effective and concise written reports.
5. Strong interpersonal skills across all functional disciplines and experiences (technical/ non-technical resources).
6. Manages projects up to $20M, directs outside consultants, and assists with the supervision of junior engineers.
